Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie B. Westfall were held Monday morning at the Bright Funeral Home. Rev. Ralph Moore Jones, pastor of the First Methodist Church, was in charge. Burial was in Masonic Cemetery. Curtis E. Bright played favorite selections on the organ. Serving as pallbearers were Albert Weimer of Wabash, Ind.; Charles R. Jones of Bronxville, N.Y.; James Weimer of Montiello; Jerry Horton of Jacksonville, Fla.; Col. James C. Gabriel and Robert F. Wernle of Crawfordsville. Sunday night the Athens Chapter 97, Order of Eastern Star, held services at the Bright Funeral Home. Mrs. Ellen Murdock served as worthy matron; Ancil Murdock, worthy patron; Mrs. Ruth Gilliland, chaplain; Mrs. Marian Deckard, Mrs. Marcella Stout, Mrs. Lora Mae Conner, Mrs. Jennie Stockall and Mrs. Edith McDonald served as star points. Mrs. Westfall, 78, died Thursday in Jacksonville, Fla.
